Licensing, limitation and effective date

Undisputed Legal Inc. holds a Process Serving Agency License issued by the New York City Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (License No. 1420758-DCA). That license relates to regulated process-serving agency activities within New York City and does not constitute a license or authorization in any other jurisdiction. Services outside New York City are performed by Undisputed Legal Inc. or authorized service providers, subject to the licensing, registration, bonding and other legal requirements applicable in the jurisdiction where the Services are performed.

Limitation of liability; controlling agreement. This Disclaimer provides notice concerning the informational nature and limitations of the Site and does not independently establish or modify the contractual limitation of liability applicable to an Order. The Terms and Conditions govern accepted Orders and contractual use of the Site, including the aggregate liability limitations in Section 9, indemnification under Section 10, dispute resolution under Section 12, and applicable state-specific provisions under Section 13. All limitations and exclusions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any right, remedy or liability that applicable law prohibits excluding or limiting.
