Order of Protection Process Service is a special division within our process service department that exclusively deals with serving all orders of protection. Due to the complexities (i.e., Civil Practice laws and rules) related to serving orders of protection, it was necessary for this expansion which has allowed us to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of every service. ** It's important to note that most family court documents must be served eight (8) days prior to the court date.

Our Order of Protection process servers serves family court documents, including custody, paternity, visitation, child support, divorce, and more. We are a full-service process service agency providing services to federal, state & city agencies, law firms, attorneys, and the general public. We employ Order of Protection process servers nationwide, which allows us to provide all of our clients with professional process servers, delivering five (5) levels of process service.

Routine (Process Server will make 1st attempt within 3-5 business days);
Rush (Process Server will make 1st attempt next business day);
Same Day (Process Server will make 1st attempt the same day);
Service by Mail (Documents will be mailed within 24hrs);

The only difference in the above levels of service (Routine, Rush & Same Day) is the start times; they all include the order of protection process servers making up to three (3) attempts (Morning, Afternoon & Evening).

Stake-Out (Process Server will show up on the date & duration of time you select).

Stake-Out is a special level of service that allows you to choose the date & duration of time. Minimum of one (1) hour waiting time.

Process Service orders of protection nationwide are performed only by experienced order of protection process servers that meet all of the latest licensing, education, and bonding requirements imposed by the jurisdiction in which they operate. OUR PROCESS

Order of Protection documents can be faxed at (800)296-0115, emailed to ps@undisputedlegal.com, mailed, or dropped off at any of our locations. We do require pre-payment and accept all major credit and debit cards. Once payment is processed, your sales receipt is immediately provided for your records.

Drop-offs must call and make an appointment first to be added to building security to permit access to our office. Documents for service must be in a sealed envelope with payment in the form of a money order or attorney check (WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH) payable to UNDISPUTED LEGAL INC.
