What is Denunciation under Article 24?

In international law, denunciation is the formal act by which a State withdraws from a treaty. Article 24 Hague Service Convention allows any Contracting State to denounce the Convention at any time by notifying the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, the official depositary.
