We seek licensed process servers to serve legal documents in Manhattan, Staten Island, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Washington D.C. Candidates must have great communication skills and understand what it takes to be effective in properly serving defendants, speaking with neighbors, and obtaining vehicle descriptions are required. This is an Independent Process Server position, and your services will be required on an as-needed basis. CONTRACT VALUE $50,000.00 All applicants must meet the following requirements for consideration: Must be 18 years or older Must have a valid Process Server License (if required) Must be able to write reports and perform administrative work at home, notarized affidavits of service/nonservice. SAME-DAY — $250–$300 (First attempt the same business day when documents are received during normal business hours)
EMAIL/MAIL — $75 (Where permitted; completed within 24–48 business hours from time of receipt)
STAKE-OUT — $325–$425 (Includes 1 hour waiting time; each additional hour $100-$150)
Includes 3 attempts (morning/afternoon/evening) + notarized Affidavit of Service/Due Diligence. Additional individuals: 50% off (same address/same order).
